| Mô tả công việc: | Market Access, Reimbursement and Policy Support - Develop strategic roadmap for the launch and increase access of Organon’s products. - Stay apprised of business priorities, strategies, and portfolio to assess impact of policy and regulatory changes. - Analyze current policies and external environment to understand its impact on business. Steer drafting of white papers, position papers, media articles on key women’s health issues. - Development and roll-out of policy and market access initiatives, execute and measure impacts. - Build and manage relationships with key Government stakeholders (MoH, GoPFP), partner organizations and industry associations. - Budget and expense management for MAPC activities. - Participate in cross-functional teams to support product launch activities and ongoing product support, and provide market access and policy insights to enhance commercialization strategies. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | Public Policy, Political Science, Life Sciences-related field, Mass Communications, Business Administration or Marketing, Medical Field - At least 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or related field such as healthcare consulting, public policy or government relations - Good interpersonal, communication and relationship skills - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. |
