| Mô tả công việc: | - Responsible for developing pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors - Working Relationships + Work with project team members and others. + Communicate with client counterparts if any. - Professional Responsibilities + Analyze, plan and implement marketing and sales activities + Monitor how target markets respond to marketing efforts + Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services. + Direct and hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities + Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies + Consult with product development personnel on product specifications + Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of product, lines, or service, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, analyzing business, to market products and services + Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings + Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand |

| Quyền lợi được hưởng: | At least 02 - 03 years-experience in S&M role of software industry + College degree or above + Extensive marketing strategy skills + Attitude to learn and understand new and emerging role + Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, Paid Search, and Email Marketing is required + Good command of English communications skills (speaking, reading and writing) + Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes + Proven ability to document business requirements in an accurate, unambiguous and succinct fashion Exceptional presentation and client relation skills + Excellent organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills + Ability to work with minimal or no direction |

| Yêu cầu khác: | + Salary and bonus competition around $750 - $850 (can open $1000) + The company has policy to review check-point/ performance once a year. Depending on performance and contribution to the group, the salary would be adjusted then. + Insurance: Based on State-level salary according to Labor code. + 13th month salary equivalent to actual number of working months of a year (to be paid at the end of the year). + Annual summer vacation: Based on State-level salary according to Labor Code + A stock option package with tock sharing would be entitled as bonus if the company reaches annual target |
