| Mô tả công việc: | • Manages a team of IT Professionals who analyze, maintain, enhance, troubleshoot, and operationally support MD24 application solutions. Analyzes business needs, gathers and refines requirements, and forecasts resource and technical requirements. Plans work assignments, schedules, project requests/charters, assigns tasks, monitors work progress, identifies risks, resolves issues and provides direction and leadership. Evaluates and manages staff performance, by providing regular, constructive performance feedback, addressing performance issues, and providing career development guidance.
• Partners with stakeholders to create and manage realistic and detailed project schedules for large, complex projects and programs. Plans projects to accomplish goals within constraints of time, cost and quality standards, constructing plans that delineate activities and durations, reduce uncertainty, increase efficiency of project team, and increase understanding of project details and dependencies. • Defines all project activities and milestones required to meet objectives and deliverables, properly sequencing tasks and estimating effort with project team members doing the work, determining the critical path, leveling the project schedule, etc. • Monitors project execution to identify obstacles and deviations from plan and takes corrective action as needed. • Manages and completes project activities using the project management process and SDLC to ensure a consistent approach to project execution and completion with similar projects within the organization. • Performs typical closing activities, including formal review with business stakeholders. • Conducts continuous risk assessment and management using the risk management methodology and includes measures to reduce risk in daily project management activities. • Ensures that, during tactical execution of project, the broader strategic and architectural context and technical direction is applied, identifying and resolving problems and challenges in advancing architecture plans. • Acts as a skilled diplomat and leader in negotiations with all business directors and stakeholders, identifying group conflict and facilitating resolution. • Performs effective personnel management, providing constructive performance feedback, addressing performance issues immediately, providing career development coaching and opportunities. • Highly motivated and build high performance team for IT. |
