| Mô tả công việc: | JOB DESCRIPTION Lead a team of 8-10 people Analyze requirement and program/software design Perform system change/assigned tasks within the given timeframe in quality Investigate reported issues, conduct troubleshooting and provide recommendation of fix Perform coding and scripting based on the specification Prepare and perform any software test and quality assurance activities based on the specification Prepare technical documentation, test report, user manual, etc. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | Education & Experience University Degree in Computer Science or IT related disciplines 4+ years software development experience, preferred with financial industry. Insurance experience is definite advantage. Technical Skills Hands-on experience with SDLC on sizable project Strong system, O-O & database design skill and multi-layer systems Good knowledge of Java, JSP, JQuery, Spring, HTML5, XML, JavaScript, CSS3, MS-SQL Server, ORACLE DB, AIX, PL/SQL, stored procedure, web service, common programming skill and open source Good Experience with web layout and responsive web design Knowledge of iOS and Android development Solid experience on code review and unit/system testing Familiar with configuring Tomcat and Apache JBoss servers Able to provide thought leadership on the best practices to achieve objectives Experience with security best practices and remediation Experience of using JIRA to assign, tracking and report job status Personality Strong communication skill, able to explain, elaborate and communicate complicated details in a clear and organized way Organized and able to work with the team member on multiple IT activities in parallel Solution oriented and result driven Strive for excellent, quality of work and continue improvement Language Fluent written and spoken English Business proficiency in Cantonese/Putonghua is definite advantage. |
