| Mô tả công việc: | We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to guide our SEO strategy and execution, ensuring our brand remains prominent and authoritative in search engine rankings.
Key Responsibilities: 1. SEO Strategy and Implementation: - Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and visibility for our brand keywords. - Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth. - Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development. - Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to keep the team informed and our strategies effective. 2. On-page and off-page optimization: - Perform page optimization tasks including meta tagging, internal linking, keyword insertion, site rules compliance, and title attribution. - Develop and manage link building strategies and performance of linking sites to enhance off-site SEO. - Research and build a list of back-links for SEO team members. 3. Results Analysis and Reporting: - Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush to track, analyze and report on SEO performance and organic traffic metrics. - Monitor and analyze SEO performance, providing reports to senior management and offering strategic recommendations. 4. Leadership and Team Development: - Lead and mentor an SEO team, setting clear goals and KPIs aligned with our company's objectives. - Build a positive, collaborative, and results-focused environment within the SEO team and across the company. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | - Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- At least 4 years of SEO experience - Proven experience in leading an SEO team with a track record of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic. - Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles and techniques. - Proficiency in SEO tools (e. g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and the ability to extract and interpret data effectively. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to overcome ranking issues. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving set goals. - Fluency in English, spoken and written |
