| Mô tả công việc: | Main responsibilities
• Responsible to provide Service analysis and KPIs using related data from the wind turbines and department performance indicators including financial data. • Provide periodical report on Service performance. • Responsible to Generating, monitoring, analyzing wind farm performance data and translate this into customer (internal/external) information and advice by means of statistics, overviews, data collections and reports. • Provide evidence and argumentation lines to defend favorable business-oriented case for ENERCON against Customer over data. • Generating official report on trial operation run for new turbines before takeover and Commissioning Reports for RTU/SCADA/FCU E2. • Wind Turbine Optimization: Perform data analytics to enhance the performance and efficiency of wind turbines, maximizing energy output and extending turbine lifespan. • Predictive Analytics: Analyse sensor data to identify patterns indicative of wear or impending failure. • Predictive Maintenance: Explore data-driven strategies to optimize maintenance protocols, reducing downtime, and increasing the availability of WECs. • Reinforce the overall level on data analysis of the employees by building a network of first level data analysis network among the organizations. • Development of tools, methods, documentation and processes in order to improve the qualitative and efficient handling of technical issues and instructing and advising of relevant internal departments. • Respond to queries on the technical performance and monitor any deviations in the technical performance in order to improve the overall business case of a wind farm. Secondary Responsibilities: • Streamline business intelligence solutions through automation, continuous improvement and lean management techniques where possible. • Work with colleagues and peers across the global Data Analyst Community to aid knowledge, information and best practice sharing. • Support Regional teams to understand and utilize Service Operations indicators. • Future Trends: Get a glimpse of the future, where data analytics continues to drive innovation in wind energy, supporting global sustainability goals. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | Technical Background (MUST)
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as engineering in electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, industrial, aerospace, renewable, environmental Science. Business Acumen: Industry knowledge: familiarity with the wind energy sector, including knowledge of wind turbine technology and energy production metrics is a huge PLUS Bachelor/ master’s degree in business administration/ finance or relevant is a plus Understanding of business operations and strategy. Experience in the APAC market is a plus. Data Visualization Expertise: Proficiency in tools like (number 1) Power BI/ Microsoft Fabric. Adding tools: SQL, Python, R, and data visualization software such as Tableau. Statistical Analysis: Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling. Data Management: Experience with data cleaning, data warehousing, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Skilled in creating interactive and insightful visualizations. Other soft skills: Strong proven writing and oral communications skills in English.
