| Mô tả công việc: | Help Desk Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Respond to support requests promptly and resolve problems efficiently to minimize downtime for team members User Account Management: Ensure proper access controls and permissions are in place based on job roles and responsibilities. Hardware and Software Setup: Procure, configure, and deploy computer hardware, peripherals, and software applications for team members. System Maintenance and Monitoring: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and performance monitoring. Vendor Management and asset inventory: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, software support, and infrastructure maintenance. Business Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the organization's business processes, goals, and strategies. Collaborate with various teams, including sales, to align technical solutions with business needs and provide informed support. Application Demos and Training: Demonstrate and assist the sales team in using the organization's applications effectively. Conduct training sessions to ensure the sales team has a comprehensive understanding of the applications and can leverage them to drive sales success. |

| Yêu cầu khác: | Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Business driven Strong expertise in leveraging cloud services, specifically Azure. Proficiency in configuring and managing virtual machines, storage, networking, and security in a cloud environment Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
