| Mô tả công việc: | The Operations Executive will play a crucial role in managing and controlling freight-forwarding daily operations, from documentation and logistics to customer service and regulatory compliance, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and optimizing operational efficiency to support the success of DP World’s logistics business in Vietnam.
Key Accountabilities • Manage freight-forwarding operations, including import/export processes across all modes of transport (sea, air, road, train) and warehousing. • Prepare shipping and clearance documents, such as customs declarations. • Monitor shipment status and provide excellent customer service. • Ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness in container services. • Manage vendor invoices and close job files. • Address customer claims, complaints, and queries to ensure satisfaction. • Collaborate with the sales team on customer relationship management and new service implementation. • Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations. • Commit to and champion HSSE compliance, risk management, and performance improvement. |

| Quyền lợi được hưởng: | Tertiary qualifications with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics/Freight-forwarding operations. • Excellent customer service skills. • Strong understanding of shipping processes and international logistics. • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, carriers, forwarders, and vendors. • Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication is required • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure. • Proficiency in MS Office applications. • Knowledge of Cross Trade will be advantageous. |
